Many of us feel uncomfortable when we encounter darkness. We turn away from it, reject it, or push it down, hoping to remain steady, composed, and in control. Yet, the darkness that we avoid is often something within us that is asking to be seen. Darkness has a way of revealing the wounds we carry beneath the surface—our pain, our fears, the quiet tensions that shape how we move through the world. Without it, we can become complacent, disconnected from the parts of ourselves that need our attention and care.

 

When we begin to embrace the darkness within, awareness starts to emerge. With the courage to face what is there rather than to turn away from it, we welcome the light in. As light gently filters in, it softens the knots shaped by our past, creating openness where there was resistance and inviting possibility where there was stagnation.

 

Darkness and light are intertwined forces. They are the yin and yang of healing. Each makes way for the other, deepening our capacity to heal. When we learn to honor and welcome both, we begin to move through life differently. With greater presence, clarity, and inner capacity, we can meet whatever arises with more compassion and resilience.

 

This exhibition invites you into that space of healing, where darkness is no longer something to be feared, but rather, something that opens the door for light to enter. I welcome you into a space where dark and light work hand in hand to transform.

當我們遇見黑暗時，往往會感到不安。我們轉身避開、抗拒，或將它壓抑在心底，只為讓自己看起來平穩、從容、可控。然而，那些我們不願面對的黑暗，往往正是內在渴望被看見的一部分。黑暗，有一種揭示的力量。它照見我們深藏於內的傷痕—那些痛、那些恐懼，以及那些悄然影響著我們如何活在世界上的細微拉扯。若沒有黑暗，我們很容易變得麻木，與那些真正需要被關照的自己漸行漸遠。

 

當我們開始願意擁抱內在的黑暗，覺察便悄然浮現。當我們鼓起勇氣直面眼前的一切，而不再轉身逃避，光，便開始進入。那道光不是突如其來的，而是溫柔地滲入。它鬆動過去所凝結的痕跡，讓原本緊閉之處開始鬆開，在曾經抗拒的地方，生出開放；在停滯之處，浮現新的可能。

 

黑暗與光，彼此牽動。它們是療癒之中的陰與陽。彼此成全，也彼此成就，使我們的療癒得以不斷深化。當我們學會同時尊重並接納這兩股力量，便會開始以不同的方式走過生命。帶著更多的臨在、清晰與內在承載力，我們得以以更多的柔軟與韌性，承接一切的發生。

 

這場展覽，邀請你走進這樣一個療癒的空間。在這裡，黑暗不再是需要畏懼的存在，而是光得以進入之處。走入其中，光與暗不再對立，而是在其中交會、轉化。
